PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Any and all claims or request must be requested with-in 7-days from receipt of merchandise.

  • All communications for product issues, returns, or exchange request must be initiated and documented through SIA Email, sales@stitchitapparel.com or by submission on the sites Contact Us page. These links are in the footer of this web page below.

​

  • SIA will only exchange for same item originally purchased.

​

  •  Items must be in brand new condition for us to accept the return/exchange.

​

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based of "Change of Mind".

​

  • We only accept size exchanges. We do not accept exchanges for other designs or different products.

​

  • Once a garment has been washed, it will not be eligible for exchange, unless defective due to manufacture defect.

​

  • All returns and/or exchanges must have prior approval form SIA management.

​​

  • SIA management reserves the right to accept or deny any claim after 7 days from purchaser's receipt of goods.

​

  • In the event an identical  replacement product is not available, management may offer voucher or gift card for the amount of the item purchased, tax, and shipping charged for the original purchase, to make a replacement purchase.​​
